This thing keeps happening over and over again! I've talked with LiveJasmin support every single time, and you know what? I'm starting to think they couldn't give two shits if the model begs for tips to do private stuff!

There is this model that told me that she will only chat in private. If I want to watch her masturbating, I will have to either tip or use lush (which requires me to tip) Important detail, she clarified that BEFORE private. So, the private never really happened. When I confronted LiveJasmin about this, they had the nerve to tell me there's nothing they can do because, apparently, nothing happened 'cause the private never happened! Can you believe that? They had the audacity to suggest I go find some other girls and just move on. Like, seriously?!

I asked if they would just let the girl go around making her own rules that go against LiveJasmin's rules. They said "nothing happened".

They are well aware that this model is imposing this tip rule in private, but they won't do anything because there was no private chat. Nothing happened because I was careful and contacted the girl before going to private.

But it is going to happen when someone else goes in private with her. That is where LiveJasmin is being cynical. If someone complains about her asking for tips, then they refund him (if there was a private). If not, then she just squeezed a few bucks from him and that is money for LiveJasmin. I know a model ( Anevelvett ) who started doing this as well in privates. When I first met her, she was working at a studio and was willing to actually do stuff in private without the viewer having to tip extra on top of the price of the private. Let's be honest, even the cheapest cam models on LiveJasmin make $0.98 a minute, which roughly equates to $59 an hour. Granted, LJ takes their percentage of the models earnings and a studio tends to take a huge chunk as well, but let's say the minimum % for models is 30%, that's still $20 an hour to sit on your bed all day and masturbate.

I'm not sure it's against LJ rules for models to request additional tips for certain things in privates, but it's the models choice. They don't have to do anything in private, if their demands aren't met. Just be happy you discussed it up front before taking her private. The only way you would ever get a refund is if you took someone private, asked them to do something and they said you need to tip for that, then you might be able to convince LJ to refund that private if you leave within 5 minutes of starting the private.

It certainly is. These rules are not publicly available, models/studios only. That is why I contacted LiveJasmin to clarify. Multiple times support told me it is against the rules and asked the name of the girl.

Just be happy you discussed it up front before taking her private.

So many of them won't discuss it up front. I had girls telling me to go private to know more. So basically I need to pay to find out if I need to pay more. But I have already learned that if the girl does not discuss her private show beforehand, it means that she will ask for tips.

It is the model's choice. But she must be clear beforehand. She chooses her private rate, and lists what she can do. If I pay the price, she should do it without asking for tips. If she can do certain things only with tips, then tell me before the private starts and I decide whether I am willing to pay or not.

Just so you know, I have confirmation from some girls that LiveJasmin does warn them. I know for sure because I had girls sending me angry messages after I complained about them. AlaiaRhode is doing it. She won't do or show anything if you don't tip.

LiveJasmin says it is not allowed, but in reality, it is allowed because the girls don't get banned or fined for doing it. There are no real consequences. In the worst-case scenario, the girl loses the money from that private chat and gets a warning. It is like a thief who is forced to return the money he stole without having to spend a day in jail.

I know that Anisyia is not the subject of this discussion, but since you guys mentioned her and the 500 credits for the sex machine, you can see that in action for a lot less. Oh, I didn't mean to make it seem like only Russian models or Hot Flirts are the only ones, but there are more Russian Hot Flirts than any other nationality that I can see, except maybe Ukrainian. I don't think I've ever come across a Romanian Hot Flirt, so I don't know if this has to do with Russia and Ukraine's strict policies being anti-porn or not, so I can understand the reluctance of models from those countries wanting to get themselves into trouble. It has definitively played a big role. The infamous videos of Russian police raiding studios only serve to scare people and make them change how girls work to avoid problems. But it is not the only reason.

I remember when Russians and Ukrainians were a sure thing in terms of explicit content. Ah, funny thing. It is offtopic, but funny. I was in private with a girl and she wrote something in Russian. She most likely failed to copy the translation and pasted the original text in Russian.
