Do you mean add some words to reach 1500? It is not allowed. I mean, I can technically edit his review, but I state in the rules that I never do that. He also can't edit his own review. It would be pointless anyway. After approving the review, the video is processed and saved with the correct length. Adding more words wouldn't unlock the extra minutes.
