New Stripchat Community Guidelines, including rules about private shows

One of the interesting parts is the new rules about private shows: 

Prohibited topics and paid content

The following count as violations:

• Discussing, requesting, or offering prohibited shows or topics, including incest, bestiality, and shows involving urination, menstruation, scat, or anything else explicitly prohibited under these guidelines.
• Broadcasting Private or Exclusive Private shows publicly for free on other platforms.

Enforcement notes

• "Mommy" and "daddy" as nicknames are common, and we do not treat them as incest role-play. The line is role-playing actual family relations.
• Private and Exclusive Private shows can run on other platforms only if they are private or behind a paywall there as well. The violation is a paid show streamed publicly for free somewhere else.

There are a TON of girls who broadcast their private shows on other sites while they stream from multiple sites.

Under the new rules of SC they are supposed to only do them if they are private/paid on other sites.

But, there is no mention on how it will be enforced outside of reporting or filing a complaint. Also no mention of consequences if they get caught.

If they really do enforce it, there will be a lot of girls getting in trouble under this new rule.

The first rule is pretty much standard on every site. I am surprised StripChat didn't already have this. I think MyFreeCams was the last one to add that to their rules, over 10 years ago. Too bad MFC disabled the edit history on their wiki. It would give the exact dates for each rule change.

On the rule itself (I am still talking about the first rule), it is pretty obvious why they added it there. But how can they enforce it? Well, they can't unless they police every stream, and on a site that can reach 10,000 chat rooms on busy nights, it is a hard job. I don't know how StripChat will do it. LiveJasmin has an AI tool to check what models are doing in private chats. But they don't seem to act unless the member reports the model.

On the second rule. I am going to assume it will be like the "Exclusive model" badge on LiveJasmin. Many models with the badge work on other sites. LiveJasmin doesn't know, and they don't have a team checking other sites. But if you tell them, "Yo, this model is also on this other site." They remove the badge from her account. So StripChat probably won't police models to see if they are in free chat on another site while in private on StripChat. But if a member complains he had a bad experience in private chat because the model was too busy talking to members on another site, I can see the admins acting.

The consequences? I suppose it depends on the model, on what she did exactly, and if she broke the rules multiple times. But I have the feeling StripChat isn't the kind of site that turns a blind eye to models (top or not) that break serious rules.
