LiveJasmin customer support too slow

Are you guys getting slow responses from LiveJasmin's customer support? Since they replaced the live chat support with AI support, which basically tells you to email them, everything has been super slow.
I mean, with live chat, I would have an agent ready to handle my case in less than 5 minutes. If it were a simple question, the agent would provide a good answer/solution in 1 minute. If it were a complaint against a model, in 10-15 minutes, the agent would run the investigation and refund me if I was entitled to a refund.
But now, AI can't answer anything. They say it will take them 1-2 days, and they usually reply in 2 days. But I already had 4 situations where they took more than 10 days to reply.
Is anyone having this problem?

    Like every other company now, they fired the whole support team and put AI in charge of live chat. The problem is that they didn't train it well, and from what I see, it is not learning from chats. Replies from this AI are just summaries from the FAQ. If you ask it to explain better or anything that is not in the FAQ, it will tell you to email support. Well, at least it is not handing accounts to hackers like Instagram AI support.

    From my experience, support through email was always slow, even before AI. The live chat was always faster when handled by a human.

    For a site that is growing in the number of dishonest studios/models, having slow customer support is not good.

  • It's true, LiveJasmin's customer support is no good anymore. I also assume they have fired most of the support team, not being able to handle all the requests now. I contacted them recently and had to wait full two weeks for any reply--and this was just a standardized message telling me nothing new, not looking into my actual problem at all. I didn't give up though, and after "only" six (!) weeks I finally received a satisfactory answer and the compensation I asked for.

    And this AI Support they implemented is just crap and a waste of time. If you're able to read the FAQ you don't need it. If you have other problems it just tells you to contact support via messages or email. Well, and like I said, then you just have to wait for weeks for getting any answer at all.

    I really miss the days when you had been able to have a live chat with someone from support.

    I can't say they were slow on email because I never emailed them before AI. At least, I don't remember. But they are slow now. I still haven't gotten a reply. It has been so many days that I have even forgotten that. I only remembered because I stumbled upon the model I was complaining about.
    You guys answer faster than LiveJasmin customer service.
