I came across a tweet on Lomeli's Twitter today that I found very concerning. While mourning the loss of one of her regulars who sadly passed away recently, she recounted a story in which she was holding a contest, where the highest tipper would win a date with her. This member proceeded to spend a large amount of money, with no intention of receiving the prize, so that nobody else would win.
This seems incredibly suspicious to me, especially when so many other date contests have been rigged or scams. If a member tips and it is explicitly not for a contest, why would they be entered into the contest? If a member wins a prize and they do not accept it, shouldn't the prize then go to the next member in line?
I do not bring these up to drag this deceased member's name through the mud (I am sorry he has to be involved at all), but only to raise the question of how ethical her actions were from a business standpoint, and leave it up to my fellow members to answer that question for themselves with the evidence given as they observe her and how she handles her business in the future.
As someone who has been a longtime supporter for Lomeli, I feel betrayed and disappointed, but do not take this post as anything more than a presentation of evidence from which you form your own opinion. I only want to inform and let you decide if you feel as I do, or if you view this different than me and will continue to support her.

Dude, the answer is right there in your comment. "so that nobody else would win". Reading the text on the picture you posted, "he did it so I wouldn't meet up with a stranger, because he was concerned for my safety". The reason why he had no intention of receiving the prize... Notice on that same text. He couldn't use his own credit card. Think a little. Maybe that is the same reason why he couldn't go on a date with her.

Where are the rules of this raffle? The girls that cover their bases normally state in the rules what happens if the winner can't collect the prize. Normally dates are not transferable. Some girls even state how many days/weeks the winner has to collect the prize.

As someone who has been a longtime supporter for Lomeli, have you ever discussed this with her? You will probably get better answers from her than from outsiders.

no relation to Brina - they have done shows together on rare occasions but they are friends not family
