Wait, before I jump to conclusions, let me make sure I understand correctly. This is just like a regular raffle. The more tickets you have, the better the odds. Of course, as probability theory demonstrates, even with one ticket, a person still has a chance to win. Small, but still.
The places don't dictate how hard it is to win. Winning first prize is as hard as winning any other prize.

So, on round 7, she had 167 tickets and got #1. Then, round 8, 34 tickets, second place.
LiveJasmin does not display the full table after the round is over; only the top 5 winners are shown. So, I will use the current raffle's values. Total of 4768 tickets across 200 models. If we apply a probability formula using those values:
Round 7: She had 3.50% chance, and she got the #1 prize
Round 8: She had 0.71% chance, and she got the #2 prize
I know these values aren't 100% accurate because I don't have the exact number of tickets each model received.
In anycase, I would say she must be extremely lucky. But other models have won a prize 2 or more times. So, I can't say it is fishy when this has happened to many others. Plus, looking at the winners, except for round 7, there was nobody with super high chances, like 50% chances of winning. Most winners had small chances.
Now, I can tell you, even without getting the prize, these girls are still winners. Collecting the tickets is the real prize. If I am reading the rules correctly, in the current round, earnings can range from $1950 up to $54000 in just one week.
Yeah, the one girl who placed several times and also had like 1000+ tickets was complaining that she didn't get 1st place in multiple rounds.
