  • My newest Romanian scam model encounter. She's a smart one, I'll give her that. Just not smart enough. I have yet to meet an honest Romanian cam model. By that, I mean someone who doesn't deliberately lie or manipulate people on a daily basis for financial gain.

I'm currently still entangled with this one, sorting through her web of lies via WhatsApp, but I'm confident I'll get her to come back to reality. The trick is, to always be one step ahead of them.

Ane is currently "not working" because she's been going to school for psychotherapy since a year ago. Ane contacted me via her LiveJasmin instagram account and asked if she could give me her contact information ( which was just the phone number from her LiveJasmin phone ) to discuss a matter of "dire situation"

Long story short, I helped the young lass out because she asked for my help. I never have a problem helping people in need. Problem is, 3 months later, she's still asking for help, so I requested receipts of where the money I've been sending her was going. Well, she couldn't because she lied to me about it, lol. I told her thats fine. We can just discuss how she plans on paying me back.

Of course, she's pretending to be upset and claiming to be a victim of my generosity. Yeah ok. To be fair, if she hadn't lied and she showed a receipt of the money I sent actually paying for her school loan, this situation wouldn't exist.

Gentleman, I can't even tell you how many Romanian cam models will lie, cheat and steal their way to an independent lifestyle of being lazy and useless socialites simply because they think they are too beautiful for anything else.

  • I wish I could share my story, but I am always afraid to reveal too much and expose myself. But I can say that a Romanian camgirl is almost certainly a scammer. I heard from someone who has been dealing with fraud and camgirls (Romanian specifically) for more than 15 years, and he said that in 90% of the cases, the camgirl is lying, stealing, and scamming. His experience is only with Romanian camgirls.

  • Yeah, that pretty much sums up what I've witnessed as well. Although not all Romanian cam models maintain this persona. Fortunately, I have the resources to combat this as well as corrupt studios. In fact, a good portion of Romanian cam models are trained by certain studios to be like this. Studio 20 is one such studio and I recently found out Allure Studios in Russia are possibly even worse when it comes to corruption.
  • Update to what's been going on with Ms. AneVelvett. I presented her with multiple options on how to repay me the money I sent to help her out.

I told her she could pay me back the money ( $3000 ) over the next 12 months. I based this option on the fact that when she started school a year ago, she got help from someone to pay for her school then so it would be cheaper. A year later, she asked me for help to pay for the same course she already paid for a year ago, hence why she had no proof of receipts. Turns out, she just wanted or maybe needed to pay back the person she borrowed money from originally, which was a year ago. This is why I said she could pay me back within a year.

I then said she could pay me back with videos if she didn't want to pay me back the money. This way, she is "earning" the money I sent her and would no longer be obligated to paying me back.

She opted to do the videos, which I based the value of on her current price per minute on LiveJasmin. Not what she would earn as a model, but rather what it would cost me as a member. Thus she would earn 100% vs. whatever garbage % models earn, which in turn is more profitable for her.

1 month and 4 videos ( valued at $300 each ) later, she asked once again for my help. This time it was for $1000 in order to do a 2nd year of schooling with more specific parameters. I immediately told her that I would help her and as long as she showed receipts that she wouldn't have to pay it back. However, she mentioned she couldn't finish making the videos she agreed to because she had made a choice to be abstinent at some recent point in history. I told her, I understood and respected her choice and that she didn't have to continue making the videos, but I also would not help her in the future financially.

In the end, she basically earned $3000 for making 4 short videos ranging from 5-10 minutes in length. So no, I don't feel upset since I was going to help her out with school anyway. It was the fact she lied about everything from the beginning that I decided to end my support.

I've been noticing more and more models have been asking a lot more from members and giving a lot less in return. I'm not talking about just outside of their normal camming adventures like this situation, but even online. They keep refusing to do their intended job as a model unless members spend ridiculous amounts whether it's interactive vibes, 2 way audio, Cam 2 Cam or other financial intrusive features. I also can't tell you how many models complain about responding to messages from Casanova and Eros members because they don't make any money off them in messages.

No offense to models, but YOU set your price per minute in private. If you set it low and then do nothing in private unless members vibe, start audio or cam features or spend additional money in other ways, you are misleading members and manipulating them. Your choices are simple. Either set your private price per minute to an acceptable price for doing whatever members ask or quit camming. Since 90% of models would go broke because they'd set a ridiculous price per minute, this is why they resort to lying, misleading and manipulating tactics, usually designed by studios, since they also make money off models.

  • Well Ms. AneVelvett, it's been real, it's been fun, but it hasn't been real fun. I wish you the best with your psychotherapy future.
  • @Scam_Models Thanks for sharing that. I have many things to comment. But I don't have much time.

I also can't tell you how many models complain about responding to messages from Casanova and Eros members because they don't make any money off them in messages.
As far as I know, no camsite pays models for the offline messages they exchange with members. Also, of all sites I use (StreamRay, Chaturbate, Streamate, MyFreeCams, and XLoveCam), LiveJasmin is the only one to charge me to send offline messages, and somehow, they still don't pay shit to models. But I think they used to pay. I remember a model saying she had to reply to messages to get paid. But that was in 2018 or something.

  • The models still get paid for messages, but the % is so dismal that it's really not worth it. Doesn't help that LJ gave Casanovas and Eros free messaging since that is the bulk of people who even message models. I'm really only familiar with Chaturbate outside of LiveJasmin and only a little bit about MFC. I think Chaturbate and even MFC do a better job of "convincing" the models that they are there for intimate privates, unlike LiveJasmin which used to be the creme de la creme of adult sites back in the day. LJ is suffering from both ends of the rotten spectrum, with new models who shouldn't even be in the adult industry and old veteran models who have turned into grade A bitches.
  • Doesn't help that LJ gave Casanovas and Eros free messaging
LiveJasmin gives a lot of free stuff to members. Whenever I buy credits, they give me something for free, including free credits. I get 40+ free credits all the time. I assume models don't see a dime from some of these free things. Like free messages or free peek. I hope they are paid for the free credits I get, but knowing LiveJasmin, I wouldn't be surprised if these free credits are only eligible to a very small % or nothing at all. I mean, from the money I pay, they need to pay something to the credit card processor. Their margin gets smaller. If on top of that they still need to pay $40 from their pockets, I don't think they would make much money.
I think Chaturbate and even MFC do a better job of "convincing" the models that they are there for intimate privates
MyFreeCams and Chaturbate are not for privates at all. They are all about tipping and interaction in public chat. CB is very porn orientated and straightforward. MFC used to be like this, but it is flooded by white knights, simps, and sugar daddies who spend too much time and money. The models adapted to the new type of audience and started being more like a virtual GF or just an entertainer/companion. Many girls act like streamers, and their members watch them every day like a tv show. On CB you can find hundreds of girls in private only because the site has like 10000 accounts online at any time. MFC has like 10x times less and you can find like 10 girls in private. Right now I see only 4 girls in private. Private chat is not a popular option at all on MFC.
What I see is that if a LJ model also works or gives a try on CB, sooner or later she will stop using LJ. Later she may also join MFC or StripChat. But she will never go back to LJ. That is the scenario right now. When LJ models try other sites, most of them ditch LJ. If it was not for the deals LJ makes with studios, they wouldn't have half the models they have now. LJ is not attractive to models. But LJ doesn't care because studios will always be ready to provide models to them in exchange for some perks. In their heads, models are assets/tools they obtain from suppliers rather than collaborators they convince to work for them.
with new models who shouldn't even be in the adult industry
I wouldn't say they shouldn't be in the adult industry. It is like saying an escort shouldn't be in the sex industry just because their services include going to parties and dinners, and rarely there is any sex. They just need to be placed in the correct category and set their shit straight. Don't promise what you don't sell. Want to be nonnude for members who just want to chat? Fine! There is a market for that and it can be profitable. But when you spend days without a single private, don't trick members into thinking you will get naked only to get them in private.
old veteran models who have turned into grade A bitches.
I feel most of them either get tired of this work or have sugar daddies and stop caring about treating members well.

    Just a little update...

After my last encounter with her. I blocked her on WhatsApp and Instagram, but back in March 2025, she followed me with her real Instagram and messaged me asking me how I was doing. Of course I reminded her that she failed to deliver on her end of the bargain the last time we spoke. She apologized and then had the audacity to ask me if I would be willing to send her more money to help her renew her business license.

I don't get it. Is this how society is now? Do women feel they just deserve everything given to them on a silver platter? This kind of feminazi attitude needs to stop gentlemen. I'm not saying we can't help people in need, but if they fuck up, then that should be the end of it.

After I explained to her that I wasn't going to help her, she explicitly said thats ok. Then she decided to try and convince me that she still wants to be friends. I didn't have a problem with that, so I agreed. At this point, she just stopped conversing. I would ask her how she's doing and she would just respond with your typical, "I'm so stressed" or "I don't know what I'm going to do" scenario conversations. This went on for the next several months.

So I finally messaged her and said, "Look, this conversation isn't going anywhere, so I'm just going to delete it" and after she read that a week later, she blocked me, haha.

Romanian women are truly fascinating creatures. At least those unfortunate enough to have become cam models. They are by far one of the most manipulative group of people on the planet. It is extremely easy for them to lie to your face without any sort of feeling of guilt.

After getting in contact with her to ask her why she blocked me on instagram, it turns out she was upset about my posts here. She said I am lying or that I misunderstood her. Anyways, I can assure you, nothing I've posted thus far is a lie. Everything I've said transpired exactly how I explained it and now she's upset because she feels I betrayed her somehow for posting this. This is precisely what I'm talking about.

If you're reading this Ms. Velvett, take some time and use some of that psychotherapy training to do some introspective or self reflection.

  • she followed me with her real Instagram and messaged me asking me how I was doing
As someone who had camgirls initiating conversations out of nowhere outside the camsite, I can say they are 99.99% after money or help. I had girls disappearing on me for 6-12 months, and then coming back to casually text me on my personal phone only to quickly reveal that they wanted to use me. Usually, it was because they were returning to camming or not making much money, and they wanted me to go private. Of course, all that without spitting the truth. It is always presented as if they want to chat with an old friend. But soon enough, they will try something to pull you into a private chat.
This no longer happens with me because I stopped letting camgirls get close. I don't share my real info or contact. We interact only on the site when I want a show, not when they need money.

Do women feel they just deserve everything given to them on a silver platter?
I have met some camgirls who indeed had this mentality. For them, the man's job is to provide money and gifts, and the woman gives something in return, like companionship and sex. A very materialistic view, and usually what they expect is superfluous things like Gucci bags or fancy trips that they can post on Instagram. It is interesting that they never think about securing their futures, like getting the guy to invest in a retirement plan. Or invest money in something that offers a return. This woman asked you to help her pay for the business license. That means her business isn't making enough money to cover its own operational costs.

So I finally messaged her and said, "Look, this conversation isn't going anywhere, so I'm just going to delete it" and after she read that a week later, she blocked me, haha.
Well, to be fair, most people would block the person, too. You told her that you don't see a reason to talk to her, and there is no future there. So, she lost all hope that she might one day count on your financial help. But I wouldn't be surprised if she comes back.
I appreciate your comments here. Insightful stuff.

She blocked me on IG, but I messaged her on WhatsApp. I don't know if she blocked me there, but since she seems upset about what I posted here ( she still claims I am confused about it ). The point is, like you said, they only come back to communicate when they need money. They will lie about wanting to talk. She really does think I am an idiot, that much is certain. Nope, she is manipulative and a gold digger, nothing more.
