Do NOT use fake photos

This page is part of Tipping the Girls and it is not a review about a camgirl.

Contents

Do not, never, use fake photos. I mean, photos of other girls. It can sound strange, but some girls use photos of other camgirls and even photos of professional famous models.

Some girls use to do that and when the customer realizes the photos are fake he can get mad at the girl and the girl and the camsite can loose the credibility… Also, some camsites don’t like this and they can suspend your account.

If you don’t want to show your face in the pictures (which I don’t advise), do anything, but not use fake photos.

Instead of that, use your real photos and then retouch them with PhotoShop. If you don’t know how to retouch a photo, just forget PhotoShop and use your original photos.

But do not use fake photos.

Hear hear! Especially considering that it gets noticed quickly and the reviews which report it never disappear. I came across one using a photo of Paris Hilton - no need for a second glance.

once again generally good advice. There are a number of good alternatives to Photoshop for retouching Gimp is a free alternative but can be as difficult to learn as Photoshop, although simple retouching is not too hard. If photos are taken against a green or blue background it is often possible to replace it with an appealing scene, even outdoors. Also models need to be careful not to infringe copyrightwhen choosing backgrounds (especially avoid putting pictures on the front of magazines like Playboy). Many sites warn against nudity in pictures displayed to guests or general public but some only pay lip service to this. It is better to err on the side of caution and if it is important to hide faces (as it can be for some models) a little bit of mystery can be more enticing than explicit pictures, especially when visiting them live is so much more enjoyable. Getting to know the girls is part of the fun and the performance is often made better when you have chatted freely for a while.

What about old phtos? There's nothing sadder than going to a model's room and finding she's seriously aged (often 10-15 years!). And nothing more of a certain turnoff. Of course a model wants her profile pic to attract people, and using last years - or photoshop - is simply good marketing. But if the model looks like the profile pic's grandmother, there's instant disappointment - and probably few tips.
