And a false DMCA complaint strikes again. I don’t know what is wrong with this people that they have so bad to take disparate actions to desperately try to prove their loyalty to their virtual friends.

The talking with Louna was doing well and I was just waiting for an e-mail from her. But seems that one of her lovers couldn’t just sit and wait. He had to use this situation to show that Louna can count on him. Oh, boy…

This time the DMCA complaint was even worse. First, the material that I posted here was not taken from MyFreeCams. Actually, the videos and pictures were produced before Louna join MFC. Therefore, the DMCA complaint could not be sent by someone acting on behalf of MFC. I’m not going even waste my time contacting MFC because I already know that they will say that they know nothing about it, which is true. This happened before. Second, the complaint was not properly filled. It mentions only that the URL contains infringing materials, but it does not give the URL of these materials, which must be informed in the complaint.

The complaint was once again sent through a third part. The well known removeyourcontent.com, that seems to not care whether the complaint is valid or not. They just send the complaints and, in cases like we see here, the client uses them only to stay anonymous. Even if this person has no rights. And of course, RemoveYourContent ask money to do this job. It is not a free service. Just a fair mention here, removeyourcontent.com seems to work seriously when it comes to a serious client.

What could I do? I could send the counter-notification, like I did with Karenna. After that I would have to wait 14 business days for a counter-notification from the other part. Which they probably wouldn’t send. And in the end, I would get a legal term that I can have the material here. This was exactly what happened before. Yes, a long and bureaucratic way to put an end on something that I already had the rights.

But I won’t do it. Louna already expressed her wishes to have the things removed. Although I didn’t get an email from her yet, she wrote on my MFC wall. This confirms that the recent comments posted here were really written by Louna. So, I’m gonna just remove the material. I understand that Louna’s main concern is the fact that her face appears here where anyone can find her. So, I replaced the main photo by a photo that does not show her face. Louna, e-mail me if you want a different photo.

As for her lover… I can’t believe you actually paid for something that could be done in a “free” way. Louna was already talking to me and I was about to remove the pictures/videos. Anyway… Now go run tell her that you are her hero!

Edit: I talked to Louna on MFC. She checked this page after the changes and said it is ok now. I can have the main photo that does not show her face. Just out of curiosity, she didn’t know anything about the DMCA. Seems it was, once again, a fan acting on the back of his favorite girl.
