Really? Months trying to find who have shared her videos? I guess she forgot about the guy (me) who asked for her permission to share the videos.

As I have showed already, August gave me permission to post videos and pictures of her. And now someone claiming to be her says that she didn’t give me any permission. It looked like fake.

I explained that she had given me permission and that I had the chat log. She asked me for this chat log (the same that I posted few lines above), but as I thought I was dealing with a fake request, I asked for a confirmation first.

I proceeded as I should. I asked for her permission, she said ok. She even thanked me for the review. Eight months later, she says that she didn’t give me any permission. WTF?!

Then, facing the fact that she actually gave me permission, she claimed that she didn’t know that would have pictures and videos. When I reminded her that I had explained what the review would have pics/videos of her, she just said that she does not want it here anymore. I really don’t know what is in her mind.

First she gave me permission and she even thanked me for publishing this review. Then, 8 months later, she comes with a lot of bullshit and lie after lie.

I did proceed with the removal. But due the crazy way that she made me remove it (with lies), I decided to create a new “rule”. Any girl that gives me permission can ask for removal, but if the request is based on a lie, I will simply ignore the request.

After what happened with ShyTeen2009, who claimed to not know what would be in the review, whenever I ask for permission, I make sure that the girl knows what it is about (i.e videos and pictures included). August knew what it would be about and then she lied twice to ask me to remove her pics/videos.

By the way… she is often online on MyFreeCams showing her tits in free chat. And sometimes you don’t even need to tip her. This is another reason I think her request makes no sense at all.

    It's not her- it's MFC. According to their terms of service, they control the copyright to her performances, not the model. Your first email was probably from them (the misspellings are un-Canadian, imo) and then they probably reminded [threatened] her, so she stood by the email. I wouldn't blame her but she may not have realized that she was giving you permission to publish something she didn't have the legal rights to. I will make no attempt to substantiate these claims, take them as you wish.

    Hi, Your theory could be a good one if was not for two things that make me be sure that MFC has nothing to do with August's request. 1 - I have many MFC models reviewed here, some exclusively working for MFC. But the girls never asked me to remove them. Indeed, like August, they gave me permission to post the review. Some girls liks FrankieChemical and AmberCutie even spread the link to the world. 2 - Whenever MFC had a problem with any of my reviews, they contacted me directly and requested for removal. They never forced any girl to contact me and request for removal. As for the copyright thing... well, camsites don't really have much rights over the stream broadcasted as it is not copyrighted nor licensed. But this is another issue.

And I immediately removed it when I was sure that the request came from her. The problem is how she did. Instead of saying that she changed her mind, she came up with a story that she never had given me permission to use the material. And she was changing her story as I was reminding (and proving) her the chat that we had when she gave me permission. As for the "crazy" part... obsessive fans are willing to do strange things just to remove her favorite "friend" from the net. Even when the girl does not care about it.
